• Children's names, ages, and developmental information, and the routines and notes you choose to save in Family space. Trial expiry does not delete your entries; you can still read or delete them.
• Member stories are only displayed publicly after you give permission and an administrator approves publication.
• Payment information (processed by Creem and its payment providers)
• Messages and content shared with advisors

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, browser, IP address
• Usage data and platform interactions
• Session dates and durations

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our services
• To match you with an appropriate advisor
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service updates and notifications
• To personalize your experience based on your child's age and needs

3. We Do NOT Share Your Data

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Share children's information without consent

4. Limited Sharing

We may share data only with:

• Your assigned advisor (necessary to provide the service)
• Service providers used to operate the platform, including Base44 for app infrastructure and Creem for payments
• Law enforcement when required by law

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

• MomWings collects information ABOUT children only from parents/guardians.
• We do not collect information directly from children under 13.
• Children's data is used only to personalize parenting advice.
• Parents may request deletion of their child's information at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request account deletion (all data deleted within 30 days)
