1. About MomWings

MomWings is a subscription-based digital platform that provides parenting support tools, tracking systems, and advisor-assisted guidance. Services include in-platform advisor sessions, chat support, child development tracking, and personalized parenting resources.

2. Nature of Services

MomWings provides digital parenting support through an online platform, including coaching elements. Our services are NOT a substitute for:

• Medical advice or professional healthcare
• Licensed psychological or psychiatric care
• Crisis intervention or emergency services

Our advisors are parenting professionals — NOT licensed therapists or medical doctors. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. In emergencies, call 911.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MomWings.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Current monthly plans are Starter ($24), Plus ($54), and Premium ($99), before applicable taxes. Existing legacy subscriptions keep the terms shown in My membership until changed.
• A separate 7-day trial of personal family tools starts when you activate it while signed in. One trial per account, without a card or automatic charge. Advisor sessions and personal messaging are excluded. After expiry, saved entries remain available to read and delete; adding or editing requires a paid membership. Paid plans are purchased separately; the initial charge, taxes and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Manage cancellation in My membership. If your subscription uses an earlier billing provider, contact support for assistance.
• Cancellation ends access at the end of the billing period. See the Refund Policy for exceptions and the adjustment shown before confirming a plan change.
• Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.

5. Session Policy

• Sessions must be booked through the MomWings platform.
• Unused sessions included in your monthly plan do not roll over. Separately purchased extra-session credits are distinct from your monthly allowance and can be used while your membership is active.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session may be counted as used.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any advisor or staff.
• Share session content or advisor personal information with third parties.
• Contact advisors outside the MomWings platform.
• Record video sessions without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MomWings is not liable for outcomes resulting from parenting advice received.
• MomWings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
• MomWings does not guarantee specific parenting results.

8. Termination

MomWings may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

9. Nature of the Platform

MomWings is a fully digital subscription platform. All services are delivered online. No physical goods or in-person services are provided. Subscription fees are for access to digital tools, structured programs, and in-platform communication features.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
